Wellness Wisdom Coaching & Healing
Wondering where to start? Receive 1:1 health and wellness coaching that will empower you to live your best life every day and step into the best version of yourself. I will work in collaboration with you, to meet your unique needs, bringing clarity and support to your wellness journey whilst drawing on the wealth of health and wellness modalities available in my toolbox.
Alternatively, sessions can focus exclusively on one specific modality, such as breathwork.
Sessions can be done online via zoom or in-person. Hourly rate or packages available.
Breathwork to Music or Functional Breathing options
Breathwork to music is a gentle somatic healing option for relaxation and release, set to music. Sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation and to promote healing and release of stuck energy.
Oxygen Advantage is a functional breathing modality, meaning it focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of our everyday breathing. We will focus on your health and wellbeing goals which could be to reduce breathlessness, improve endurance, sleep or concentration, or to address a specific health condition. The techniques can also be implemented to optimise exercise performance, whatever fitness level you are starting at. The joy of the OA approach is that it can be easily integrated into everyday life for clients of all ages.
Both modalities of breathwork integrate science-backed, safe breathing techniques.

Women’s Metabolic Fasting Coaching
Discover the wealth of health benefits of a fasting lifestyle, including intermittent fasting, autophagy fasting, 24, 36 and 72 hour fasts, tailored for women’s needs and optimum health.
Benefits include fat-burning and weight loss, increased mental clarity, brain function and cognition, balancing sex hormones, reduction in cortisol and anxiety levels, anti-aging, increased energy levels, detox and gut reset.
Fasting can be integrated into everyday life for women of all ages and can support alleviation of menopause symptoms.

Menopause Coaching
The journey through menopause is a unique experience for everyone, but can feel challenging with an array of possible symptoms either creeping in quietly or hitting like a steam train. Often women don’t realise the cause of their symptoms and don’t know where to find the support that they need.
As a certified menopause coach I can assist you in navigating this period of your life, providing the support that you need to feel fully empowered, vibrant and energised.
Sessions can be in person or online via zoom, and where appropriate can be integrated with any of my other modalities. Refer to my menopause coaching web page for more details.
