Wondering where to start? Receive 1:1 health and wellness coaching that will empower you to live your best life every day and step into the best version of yourself. Sessions will be crafted to meet your individual needs and fit seamlessly into your routine, bringing clarity and support to your wellness journey whilst drawing on the wealth of health and wellness modalities available in my toolbox.

We can incorporate coaching any combination of fitness and movement, metabolic fasting, breathwork and menopause journey advice. Where needed, we can also incorporate meditation, relaxation and energy healing.

Alternatively, sessions can focus exclusively on one modality.

Oxygen Advantage is a functional breathing modality, meaning it focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of our everyday breathing.

Working with science-based breathing techniques, we will focus on your health and wellbeing goals which could be to reduce breathlessness, improve endurance, sleep or concentration, or to address a specific health condition. The techniques can also be implemented to optimise exercise performance, whatever fitness level you are starting at. The joy of the OA approach is that it can be easily integrated into everyday life for clients of all ages.

Women’s Metabolic Fasting Coaching

Discover the wealth of health benefits of a fasting lifestyle, including intermittent fasting, autophagy fasting, 24, 36 and 72 hour fasts, tailored for women’s needs and optimum health.

The journey through menopause is a unique experience for everyone, but can feel challenging with an array of possible symptoms either creeping in quietly or hitting like a steam train. Often women don’t realise the cause of their symptoms and don’t know where to find the support that they need.

As a certified menopause coach I can assist you in navigating this period of your life, providing the support that you need to feel fully empowered, vibrant and energised.
