Breathwork to Music

These breathwork sessions encompass a somatic, trauma-informed approach to breathwork which is designed to help put clients completely at their ease, creating a safe environment allowing for deep emotional healing. Outcomes of the sessions can include clearing anxiety, stress, and repressed emotions as well as increasing clarity and energy levels. Using very gentle, focused conscious-connected breathing techniques creates the potential to access the nervous system, release trapped energy and move from ‘survival mode’ into a state of balance and higher awareness. Sessions will often be set to music, and clients can set a specific focus or intention to be healed or worked through during the breath journey. Sessions can be 1:1 or in groups and may be in-person or via zoom.
