Did you know that we take on average between 20 and 25 thousand breaths every single day? Breathing well matters! ‘Dysfunctional’ breathing is much more prevalent than most people realise. For example, 75% of people who suffer with anxiety are dysfunctional breathers. Traits of dysfunctional breathing include breathlessness and fast upper chest breathing.
